It's damn cold out, but lets not complain and remember that Spring is just around the corner. I hope you all have enjoyed my no people week. Ill try the best I can to break up the monotony of my posts in the future, because well I do like taking portraits, you folks have certainly been more responsive to my creative side. It's been 18 days and I''m getting stronger everyday. Thanks to all of you who show me love and support; all of you make me want to out due myself from the previous day. This project is gonna be a fun ride and I'm glad so many of you are sharing it with me.

I got real "artsy" today! Smoke was an interesting subject to shoot and while they looked good on their own, once I started mirroring exposures and playing with the hue, this project turned into a different beast entirely. I plan to revisit smoke in the future when I can do it properly, but for now I'm pretty pleased.

I had a real hard time today; one: getting out of bed, and two: dragging my ass off the couch and turning off Band of Brothers. I showered, ate, then hopped in my car hoping for inspiration. What I found was another Red Tailed Hawk and a cross in a cemetery. Love it or hate it I was pleased and hey cut a guy some slack, I can't be on point everyday.
